Hello everyone!
Welcome to the new school year and welcome to this year’s OSIS 2022-2023!
The OSIS team would like to extend a warm welcome to the new students. We understand how hard it must be to transfer to a new school but don’t hesitate to reach out to teachers and mentors, who are wearing mentor badges.
As the school’s community is growing, we sincerely hope that everyone is healthy and doing well. We are incredibly excited to be working with such an amazing team this year and hope that through our various upcoming events you will also get to know them.
Last year the pandemic hindered our ability to do offline events. But this year, we hope to have many more fruitful events for you guys! Any ideas regarding any school events or ideas about ways to improve the school are always welcomed and encouraged.
We would also like to remind you all that although we are able to attend offline school fully, we still need to be aware of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, especially as the number of COVID-19 cases has been increasing in the past few weeks.
To ensure everyone’s safety, we must strictly follow COVID-19 protocols.
Protocols include :
1. Keep it covered. Wear your masks at all times, this protocol should be stressed especially during classes and breaks when you are not eating or drinking.
2. Give me some space! Practicing social distancing when possible, don’t remove the plastic divider in the canteen, it’s there to keep you safe.
3. Wash wash wash! Frequent hand-washing and using your own or the school-provided hand sanitizer and alcohol sprays that can be found at the entrance and in all classes.
4. Sharing is not caring! During breaks, please do not share food, drinks, and cutleries with others.
5. Am I hot? Please also remember to get your temperature checked and wash your hands before entering the High School building.
6. Communication is key. If you or your family members are feeling unwell, have contracted COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19, please stay at home, inform the school immediately through the Admin, and attend online lessons!
To keep ourselves and others safe, please remember to always follow the safety protocols. Let’s try our best to protect each other and make Sekolah Ciputra a safe community!
